This Solicitation is a Brand Name or Equal, SDBVOSB Set-Aside for a MEDRAD MRperion MR Injection System for the Hampton VA Medical Center. 

All quotes should be submitted on a separate document including the company letterhead and quate breakdown via email to james.risbon@va.gov.      No later than 01-03-2024 at 10 AM.

All offerors must complete the 852.219-76 Limitations of Subcontractor-Certificate of Compliance for Supplies & Products (Jan 2023) (Deviation). 

All offerors must provide authorized distributor documention if not the maufacturer and the lead time for quoted items.
