Pre-solicitation Notice: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 8 Contracting Team, intends to issue a solicitation for Home Oxygen Services in support of the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Services will cover Hillsborough, Pasco, and Polk counties; however, this listing does not preclude the possibility of additional surrounding counties if required by the Government. The resulting requirement will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract issued as a 100% SDVOSB Set Aside.
