6515--NorCal Supply Omnicell MS Operating System Upgrade

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Omnicell Inc. The procurement will result in a delivery order for OS upgrades for supplies and services currently in use at VA Northern California Healthcare System. The solicitation for this action will be posted to SAM.gov, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
