GENERAL: The Department of Anesthesiology at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33612, has a requirement to replace seven (7) medication labeling systems that have reached end of life. BACKGROUND: Anesthesiology is responsible for providing anesthesia services for all surgical, non-OR procedure areas, and all other locations that sedation is administered in the facility.
