Roudebush VAMC, 1481 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, IN 46202. This acquisition is limited to Martin AIJS, LLC and Anthem Surgical Instrument Services, the only authorized distributors for the NuTrace Scanner, per FAR 6.302-1.
