This is a sole-source presolicitation notice for a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) that will support the repair of the AN/USQ-167 Common Data Link System (CDLS), which is essential for fleet readiness. In accordance with FAR 6.103-1, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Cubic Secure Communications, LLC, which is the sole authorized repair source for the NIINs listed below.
