5975--Emergency: Critical Emergency Lighting Inverter

The Portland VA Medical Center has a failed emergency lighting inverter that supports numerous 4D Operating Rooms, including 41, 42, 43, and 44. These operating rooms are critical for patient care procedures and surgeries. During a power outage the lighting inverter supplies continuous power to designated light fixtures, and without the lighting inverter a power outage would cause all the lighting to stop working for up to 10 seconds or until the emergency generators provide power.
