The purpose of this amendment to this solicitation is to change the contract type from a LTC to the addition of the 2 NIINs to BOA N00383-23-G-S701. See Page 2 for Attachment A containing a list of items to be repaired against the BOA. NAVSUP is also requesting FFP for Year 1. The repair of these items is sole source to Sierra Nevada Corp (Cage: 8X691). Sierra Nevada Corp has licensed from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) the repair data for these requirements and is the only known source to possess fully repair capability.
