The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the solicitation requirements and extend the solicitation closing date. The attached Questions and Answers (Q&A) document is hereby incorporated into the solicitation and made a part of the solicitation. Offerors shall consider the information contained therein when preparing and submitting quotations. The solicitation closing date is hereby extended from July 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) to July 15, 2026, at 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). All quotations shall be received no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on July 15, 2026, in accordance with the instructions contained in the solicitation.
