PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this project is to Upgrade HVAC in 5 Telcom rooms per VA EHRM standards. Work includes all aspects of design and installation including, but not limited to ducted FCU or In-room unit sizing, selection, location and installation, connection to existing chilled water, electrical, building automation and other systems, relocation or rerouting of other building systems as necessary, firestopping or other similar work, etc.Work is located on different floors of an outpatient clinic building on a hospital campus.Work will need to comply with Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) and disruptive work or utility shutdowns may need to be conducted after-hours.
