The purpose of amendment 1 is to make the following revisions: 
1. Extend the RFQ proposal due date from September 10, 2026, by 4:30 PM ET, to September 14, 2026, by 4:30 PM ET.
2. Update Terms and Conditions. 
3. Attachment L-02 Past Performance Questionnaire has been added. 
4. Update Attachment 1 Statement of Work (SOW). 

5. Provide responses to questions.
