A01 - NOTICE TO OFFERORS - REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT 1. This solicitation will ultimately result in Award of a five(5) Year Firm Fixed-Price REQUIREMENTS contract. 2. Prices will be for the items specified on Attachment "A" hereto, for a period of (5) years from the date of award. Therefore, offerors should insert Firm-Fixed Prices for each year. The quantities specified on the Schedule Sheet are the Government's Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs).
