48--FIVE SSDG AND AUX SEAWATER CHECK VALVES

Amendment 0001 to Solicitation 1333MK26Q0020 is for the following:

1. To allow third-party vendors to bid on this requirement. However, vendors must demonstrate that all parts will be sourced directly from the manufacturer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized dealer/reseller of the original manufacturer.

Vendors shall also provide at least three (3) references for projects performed within the past three (2) years that are the same as or similar in scope to the SSDG and Auxiliary Seawater Check Valves LLTM requirement. The references must demonstrate that essential parts were obtained from an authorized dealer, distributor, or the original manufacturer.
