Delivery and set up of tents, chairs and portable toilets/hand wash stations is 5/24/2025. 2. Delivery and set up of A/V equipment is 5/25/2025. 3. Ceremony is 5/26/2025, at 8am and lasts about an hour. 4. A/V equipment may be picked up shortly after the ceremony on 5/26/2025. 5.
