355 CS is requesting repair of the Giant Voice System (GVS) located on Davis-Monthan AFB utilizing SiRcom/OEM branded parts with service to be performed by a SiRcom certified small business. The contractor shall be responsible for providing equipment and performing the repair/service actions as broken out in the PWS:
