316 CES Backflow Prevention Survey

The required service is a complete inventory of all backflow devices installed on facilities identified in the JBA Cross Connection Survey Building List J.B. Andrews facilities; and to ensure that all devices are installed properly and are in compliance with the most recent codes and regulations specified or referenced in DAFMAN 32-1067, UPC section 603, and ASSE standards 1001 through 1103.
