1. GENERAL INFORMATION & DESCRIPTION The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Base Los Angeles Long Beach (LALB) has a requirement to repair Chiller #2 located in Building 20. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
