3 HFC NSN Procurement, One Time Buy, Static Storage at DLA Richmond, VA

The American Innovation and Manufacturing Act (AIM Act) targets several Hydrofluorocarbon gasses for phase down of production as previously occurred with Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS). As many weapon platforms within the Department of Defense moved from ODS to HFCs, the need has arisen to ensure a sustainable supply of these Mission Critical compressed gases is available.
