SOLE SOURCE STATEMENT: This acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis with FINCANTIERO MARINE SYSTEMS NORTH AMERICA, per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. Respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will beconsidered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
