The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to E.A.S. Manufacturing Co., Inc. for Part Number 2890608-2. In accordance with FAR 12.102(a), the Contracting Officer has determined that only one source is reasonably available. E.A.S.
