The Virginia National Guard is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with multiple vendors for the preparation and delivery of breakfast, lunch, or dinner meals in Troutville, VA. Government facilities are not available for the preparation of meals. Meals shall be prepared off-site and delivered ready for consumption in individualized containers.
