2026 Offutt Air Show - Parking Management Services

The 55th Contracting Squadron is issuing Solicitation FA460026Q0038 for parking management services for the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom" Air and Space Show. Event dates will by August 8th and August 9th, 2026 on Offutt AFB, NE. The contractor shall meet all responsibilites required in the attached Statement of Work.

Questions are due th the contracting activity no later than Thursday, 14 May 2026 at 1:00 pm CDT. Answers to all questions submitted before the specified date/time will be provided no later than 19 May 2026 at 4:00 pm CDT.

All quotes and technical documents are due to the contracting activity no later than 26 May 2026 at 11:00 am CDT. Submissions shall be sent to tyler.imhoff.1@us.af.mil via email with the Notice ID, FA460026Q0038, in the subject line to ensure it is received. Offers are responsible for contacting the contracting activity to verify receipt of offers.
