THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONDING TO THIS PRESOLICITATION. The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) sole source solicitation/contract to Interstate Barricades, LLC (Cage Code 4FXP6). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, delivery, installation, maintenance, and removal necessary to support traffic management and crowd-control operations for the 2026 Warriors Over the Wasatch Airshow at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Utah.
