A. This is a solicitation for Project # Sand Creek Desert Fuel Break Herbicide Application, St Anthony, Idaho B. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho state office has a requirement for herbicide application services along a fuel break. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, tools, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, training, and incidentals necessary herbicide application services. C.
