Update 06/17/2026 - Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide clarity to the technical specifications for the project. Please see attachment J.2 Rev.1 Trailer Specifications as a replacement for J.2 Trailer Specifications from the original solicitation. Offer due date is not extended. There are no other changes. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, Bighorn National Forest, Powder River Ranger District, requires delivery of two (2) new enclosed cargo trailers, off-road capable, to support the Region’s Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) program.
