This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 2,728 rentable square feet of office area and 5 parking spaces for a lease in Marquette, MI. 

The lease terms are set at 180 months/120 months firm pursuant to RLP number 1MI2231.  GSA may terminate this lease after November 19, 2036 with 90 days notice to lessor. 

The contract action was awarded competitively. The award was based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer.
