 U.S. Embassy in Windhoek hereby provides the following pre-solicitation notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for:  The provision of janitorial- and landscaping/gardening services at our three field offices in Oshakati, Rundu and Katima Mulilo.
