15kV Power Cable Replacement Stock

Fermilab is seeking to procure 15kV power cable replacement stock. Please see attached for Fermilab RFP# 381019swk and associated documentation. Please ensure that you review the RFP document fully, as it outlines how to submit a complete proposal package.

Important information related to this RFP:

• Proposal Due Date: 5pm central, June 8, 2026
• All proposals to be in accordance with specification 750 MCM EPR CABLE SPEC June 2020 381019swk and 381019swk Reel Schedule
• Proposals exceeding $10k must be submitted with a completed SARC and PUR-466 document
