155mm MACS Line Efficiency Upgrades at IAAAP

US Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement to upgrade the existing production 155mm MACS at line 1, Bldg. 1-13 at IAAAP in accordance with the terms and conditions of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number W52P1J-09-G-0001.
