The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Region Acquisition Division, Norfolk, VA, on behalf of the National Ocean Service, National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science Division is soliciting for analytical chemistry services.

The primary task for this effort is to provide analytical chemistry services for NCCOS’s Mussel Watch, Bioeffects Assessment, and Special Studies Programs. Secondarily, NCCOS may contract all or a portion of field sampling activities, particularly for Mussel Watch.
