THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area Office has a construction requirement for Installation of Mini-Split Heat Pumps/Wall Units at USDA-ARS-PWA Animal Disease Research Unit, 1855 Ott Road Pullman WA, county of Whitman.
