The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to provide for 1,000 commercial-grade Portable Air Conditioning Units (PACUs) to support the Consolidated Material Service Center (CMSC). These units will be deployed in single-occupancy dormitory-style billeting spaces for unaccompanied Marines.
