The Pisgah Forest has a requirement for a UTV, 

Delivery schedule: Delivery requested as soon as possible within 120 days after award.

National Forest in North Carolina
Pisgah Ranger District
1600 Pisgah Hwy
Pisgah Forest, NC 28768
Or deliver to local dealer within 80 miles of the delivery address

The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the lowest price technically acceptable.
