Refund Policy

Thank You for your recent purchase. We hope that you are happy with the use of our service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request to cancel your service and receive a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All requested refunds and returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of the purchase date. To be eligible to receive a refund for the purchase of our service, there can’t have been any won or placed bids on any request for proposals’s (RFP) found through MySetAside.com within that 7-day period.

Return Process

To request a refund, you can either email our customer service team at info@mysetaside.com, or give us a call at 703-831-0705. One of our customer service representatives will be able to grant your request as long as the previous conditions are met.
