2017 SBA Emerging Leaders Executive Training Program Recruitment Underway



The SBA Dallas/Fort Worth District Office is currently recruiting candidates for the 2017 Emerging Leaders Class to be held in Dallas, TX starting in April 2017.

The SBA Emerging Leaders Executive Training Program is an innovative 7-month program designed specifically for established business owners. The key components of the training program are:

•Leadership
•Accessing Capital
•Financial Analysis
•Marketing & Sales
•Resource Management
•Securing Government Contracts
•CEO Mentoring Groups
•Strategic Growth Action Plan

At the end of the 7-month program, participants will walk away with a customized Strategic Growth Action Plan identifying the action steps required to achieve their business goals.

Is it right for you?

The ideal candidate is tired of the status quo, and looking to gain the business knowledge, skills and trusted networks needed to successfully grow and scale his or her business.

Basic Eligibility Requirements:

•$400,000- $10 Million in annual revenues
•At least one full-time employee besides the owner
•Been in business for at least 3 years

Cost: Participation in the Emerging Leaders series is totally free! The only cost to business owners is their time and commitment.

Join the Houston District Office for a presentation of SBA's export loan programs at the TradeLink workshop hosted by the Port of Houston Authority. The Port of Houston Authority launched a trade export promotion program to extend a series of workshops to introduce small and mid-sized regional businesses to the basics of exporting -- including costs, risks, commercial transactions, finding overseas markets, trade financing, documentation and logistics.
