In this webinar, you\u2019ll hear from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) about common current scams that target small businesses, particularly in the times\n of the coronavirus. You\u2019ll learn about scammers\u2019 tactics and steps that you can take to protect your company from scams.<\/p>\n

\nLesley Fair is a Senior Attorney with the Federal Trade Commission\u2019s Bureau of Consumer Protection. After litigating false advertising and fraud cases for more than 20 years, she now specializes in outreach to businesses. She is the primary author of the FTC\n Business Blog, business.ftc.gov<\/a>, which the American Bar Association Journal named to its Best Blog List. An experienced presenter and teacher, Lesley has been on the faculty of the Catholic University School of Law since 1984 and holds the title of Distinguished\n Lecturer. She also teaches Consumer Protection Law at the George Washington University Law School. Lesley is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Texas School of Law.<\/p>\n
