\nT.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined <\/em>is an intensive executive-level training program designed to accelerate the growth of high potential Youngstown, Ohio-area small businesses.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\nDeveloped by the U.S. Small Business Administration, T.H.R.I.V.E. <\/strong>\nhelps business owners become more effective leaders, learn how to acquire financing, scale their revenue, and leverage networking with other entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

\nThrough the program, participants develop a three-year Strategic Growth Plan that provides a roadmap for achieving their company\u2019s unique goals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\nDO I QUALIFY TO PARTICIPATE?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\nThe T.H.R.I.V.E. <\/strong>program is open to Youngstown-area small business owners and C-level executives that have annual revenues of at least $250,000, have been in business for at least three years, and have at least one employee, other than self.\n This program is \nnot<\/span> for start-ups or for people who are thinking of beginning a business.<\/p>\n

\nPROGRAM SCHEDULE:<\/h2>\n

\n2022 cohorts run from July 5 through December 16, 2022. Training includes 33 hours of core online learning and 11 in-person live sessions at Youngstown State University over six months. Anticipate 100 total hours of combined learning, homework, and coaching\/mentoring\n time.<\/p>\n
