Provision of Cellphone Services for CDC, US Embassy Windhoek

The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for:

The provision of mobile telephone services to the Embassy of the United States of America in Windhoek, Namibia. The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for an estimated 50 official lines which among others include calls within Namibia and international, SMS and roaming services, cell phone rentals etc.
This solicitation may result in an award of a contract for one Base year and one option year, if exercised by the U.S. Government.
