The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform a thorough underwater cleaning, lifting and securing to a barge, perform a technical inspection, and repair the Bow Ramp of an Army Logistics Support Vessel (LSV)-7 watercraft. Contractor will provide underwater pressure washing or cleaning prior to the ramp being lifted out of the water. This should be conducted the same as a hull cleaning is done.
