The US Department of State's Office of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the US Embassy in Bogota, Colombia, is seeking potential sources capable of providing an analysis and needs assessment of the digital learning platforms of the Colombian National Police
Attached is the draft statement of work/specifications for this requirement. We welcome and appreciate industry feedback on the specifications as drafted, please notify of any section of the specifications that is unclear, prompts questions, is infeasible or unrealistic, etc.
Please indicate what, if any, of the requirements you provide via GSA schedule (include schedule number). Rough order of magnitude/price estimates/quotations on this requirement are requested.
In addition to feedback and price estimates on the draft specifications, we would also like to invite interested firms to submit their company's information (company name, DUNS number, point of contact, address, phone number, and business size) and statement of capabilities and related experience to this requirement.
