Market Research and Competitive Analysis - February 18, 1:30 - 3:30 pm

Before you can create your business plan you must first know your target customer and the competitors that already exist in your market.  This workshop talks about resources available to help you identify customers, determine how to reach them, know who your competitors are and how they deliver their products and services.

Write Your Business Plan - February 19, 1:30 - 3:30 pm

There are many resources available to help you write your business plan, and this workshop  helps you find and utilize them to put together a workable plan for success.

Fund Your Business - February 20, 1:30 - 3:30 pm

The #1 reason that small businesses fail is that they are under-capitalized.  This workshop will explain what the landscape looks like for finding and accessing funds that your business needs to survive and grow.  Did you know that SBA has a matching service for lenders and borrowers?  It is called Lender Match and it is just one of the resources covered in this workshop.

Launch Your Business - February 21, 1:30 - 3:30 pm

This workshop covers locating your business, deciding on your entity structure, as well as naming and registering your business.  You will also learn how to get your Federal ID# if you don't already have it.  It is important that you know the dynamics involved and resources available for launching your business.

Register for the Series - Attend Those That You Want to Attend!  Workshops are stand-alone sessions that do not have to be taken with the others.  Attend one or attend them all - its up to you and your schedule!
