Get International Marketing Funds
Do you run a food or agriculture business? Are you looking for ways to expand your business? Exporting opens vast opportunities for U.S. food and agricultural companies.
You may already know about the SBA-funded State Trade Expansion Program (STEP) which enables local agencies including Washington Commerce and Idaho Commerce to administer grants up to $5,000 for export costs. Small businesses from nearly any industry may qualify for STEP grants.
However, did you know there is also international marketing fund matching available for food and agriculture businesses from the Western U.S. Agricultural Trade Association (WUSATA®)?
WUSATA partners with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Trade Offices to help small and medium-size agribusinesses in 13 western states learn, connect, and compete on a global scale. WUSATA facilitates introductions to international buyers, coordinates trade events that help expand distribution and provides promotional funding assistance.
Learn how WUSATA can help you deliver your food exports to the world with the tax-payer funded FundMatch® program. Participants receive 50 percent cost reimbursements on eligible international marketing expenses.
